Seneca Lake is one of the finest Riesling sites in the eastern United States, and the fruit we bring in from there reflects that. Off-dry and aromatic, the 2025 Knox Riesling leads with citrus and stone fruit — lemon pith, apricot, a whisper of jasmine — backed by the bright acidity that makes this grape the pairing partner it is. Everything is handled here at the estate from fermentation through bottling, so the terroir of the Finger Lakes shows up in a glass poured in Bucks County. Reaches across the table to spicy food, seafood, soft cheeses, and Asian cuisine. One of the most food-friendly wines we pour.
